2. Our Products & Services
We supply industrial UV printers, UV DTF printers, rotary and tumbler printing machines, consumables and related after-sales services including delivery, installation, training and spare parts across the United Kingdom. Product specifications, images and descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and for general guidance; exact specifications may vary and will be confirmed in a written quotation.
3. Enquiries & Quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. Any quotation we provide is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability. A contract of sale is formed only once we issue a written order confirmation or invoice and you accept it.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT and delivery. Payment terms will be set out in your quotation or invoice. We reserve the right to change prices before a contract is formed.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation timescales are estimates given in good faith. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates but are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery; title remains with us until payment is received in full.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Machines are supplied with the applicable manufacturer warranty, the terms of which will be confirmed with your purchase. Our after-sales support, spare parts and consumables are provided in accordance with the arrangements agreed at the point of sale. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer or business legislation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to MTuTech.UK and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTuTech.UK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
